Unit of inquiry

• Students continued their research on the dance form they wanted to know more about.
• Guest lecture on 'hip hop' dance form by Mr.Valerian.
• Introduction to folk dances around the world.
• Guest lecture by Ms.Priti Panchmatia on Zumba.
• Reflection on the guest lecture by the students.

Language Arts

• Mini lesson on 'Hyperbole'.
• Students continue writing Haiku poems.
• Students revised,edited and published their chosen haikus.
• Read to self by the students.

Math

• Students continued practicing the concept of 'elapsed time'.
• Introduction to 12 and 24 hour time format;Conversion of time from 12 to 24 hour time format and also from 24 to 12 hour time format.
• Introduction to calendar.
• Introduction to 2D shapes- quadrilaterals.
